I am Jess Offen, Professional Fitness Coach (Personal Trainer) and Group Fitness Coach based in the Gold Coast, Australia.

EXPERIENCE

I graduated in Exercise Leadership, Prescription and Personal Training at the Otago Institute of Sport, New Zealand and am a qualified Level 1 and Level 2 Crossfit Coach. I have 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. This includes work with Musculoskeletal Practitioner Rowan Ellis at Body Synergy Dunedin,  Les Mills Extreme Wellington and Urban Fitness Wellington. I am now based in the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

I started PTing with Jess in Wellington late 2020 ostensively to get rid of the Covid kilos I’d put on. I’ve spent decades mentally battling my body to lose weight/get fitter but through the alchemy of sessions with her I discovered my body is my ally and as she’d regularly reassure me, I’m stronger than I think. Her support has been unwavering and I trust her 100%. I’ve gone from staggering home after each session and aching for days to walking the Tongariro Crossing this year (aching still featured there too though). Simply put, Jess is awesome, knows what she’s doing and has primo taste in music! My Spotify playlists are popping. Bonus.
